Shungite pendulum are used for dowsing, asking a yes or no question. Cleanse the pendulum before using either by smudging it with Sage or spraying with the Negativity Neutralizer. Hold the pendulum by the bead, ask it what is your yes, wait for the answer then ask what is your no. After that is done ask it if you can trust it, if it says no cleanse it again, ask again if it can be trusted. I have never had to do this step more than once, but you never know.
